Overview
The Facilities Operative will provide cleaning services in the Production Area and associated tasks in relation to maintaining facilities.
Reports to: Production Manager
Responsibilities & Duties
• Cleaning of production areas and machinery
• Emptying of waste product receptacles
• Maintenance of facilities – including yard, windows etc
• Ensure shipping and assembly area is kept clean and tidy, sweep floors and clean down bench regularly
• Maintain health and safety standards for production areas
• Ordering of cleaning products and attending to deliveries
• Any other duties as reasonably required
Person/Skills Required
Desirable:
• Commercial cleaning / facilities maintenance experience
• Previous experience driving forklift and / or operation of cleaning equipment
• Full Driving License
