A great afternoon was had recently here at Bellurgan Precision Engineering  when we had a visit from one of our OEM partners #medtronic.  The pandemic in 2020 presented challenges at all levels across the globe including critical care appliance providers  and their   dedicated suppliers . We continue to work with a range of global cross functional teams  within that organization to support their   mission to accelerate access to healthcare technology.

As part of Bellurgan’s continuous improvement program and investments for existing and future Customer requirements, we decided to invest in the Brother M140x2 with a Feedio  robotic handling system. This mill-turn  machine has a powerful 16,000rpm, face-and-taper contact spindle and a 22-tool magazine plus a turning table with a 55Nm direct-drive motor powering a 2,000rpm turning table.
