A Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and First-Class Honours MSc graduate in Medical Device Manufacturing & Business, Robert specialises in driving EBIT growth through process optimisation, automation, and data-led decision making, with deep expertise in ISO 13485, AS9100D, digital OEE systems, machine learning applications and regulatory frameworks including EU MDR and the EU AI Act, Robert combines technical rigour with strategic vision, built on a foundation of quality culture.
